For the red brick tunnel kiln and mobile tunnel kiln, Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection undertakes the project of pollution prevention, energy conservation, and environmental protection treatment for the red brick kiln. The technical transformation plan adopts the design concept of "one kiln, one design", and the service content is as follows:
1. The design and production of red brick kiln burners use natural gas as the main fuel. Based on the characteristics of tunnel furnaces, a dedicated natural gas burner is designed as a fire spraying device. The layout of both sides or furnace top of the tunnel kiln is mainly used to replace external combustion, ignite or meet environmental protection requirements. Generally, all natural gas fuel is used for sintering brick billets at home and abroad.
2. The material selection for the combustion tube of the natural gas burner is stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures above 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of more than 3 years. The high-precision UV probe and leakage alarm device will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve in case of flameout or gas leakage, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment operation.
2. The engineering design, integration, and construction of the DCS automation control system for the red brick kiln can achieve local and remote automatic control functions through a "turnkey" project.
3. The general contracting project for the desulfurization tower, dust removal equipment, and online monitoring device of the tunnel kiln meets the environmental emission standards of the kiln.
4. Gas equipment supply and pipeline layout mainly refer to the "turnkey" project of LNG liquefied natural gas light hydrocarbon gas storage tanks and pipeline layout construction, with a package of technical services to solve users' gas worries.
