2、 Technical renovation service content of lime kiln:
1. The burner adopts a stable flame disc structure design, and the air mixture follows the principle of fuel combustion, with accurate proportion, sufficient combustion, and significant solar term effect. Based on the production status of alumina vertical kiln, the flame length of the burner should be sprayed to the center of the furnace to facilitate the burning of materials in the middle of the kiln and avoid the occurrence of burning. Due to the characteristics of natural gas fuel, the flame is strong in rigidity and short in flame. If natural gas is used as fuel, there are requirements for the diameter of the vertical kiln.
