1、 Product Introduction:

The DST-100 particulate matter online monitoring system has high sensitivity and, in conjunction with the flue gas pretreatment module, can reliably measure the concentration of smoke and dust (particulate matter) in wet flue gas. The DST-100 particulate matter online monitoring system consists of emission, reception units, and flue gas pretreatment modules. By measuring the flue gas in the constant temperature measurement tank, the flue gas pretreatment module is composed of sampling probes, jet pumps, heating units, pressure and temperature control units, and constant temperature measurement tanks. It extracts the sample gas from the flue and uses the heating device to make the flue gas temperature reach the dew point temperature of the flue gas, Then it is sent to a constant temperature measurement cell for measurement.

The exhaust gas from the preprocessing module is returned to the flue through the sampling probe. The required jet gas and blowing gas are generated by the clean fan unit, and the blowing gas is used to clean the optical components of the smoke and dust instrument, ensuring the long-term reliable operation of the system.

3、 Measurement principle

The DST-110 ultra-low dust analyzer uses the forward scattering principle to test the scattered light intensity of particles, and outputs the concentration of smoke and dust through a specific algorithm. The embedded high stability laser signal source passes through a constant temperature measurement cell and irradiates smoke particles. The irradiated smoke particles reflect the laser signal, and the reflected light intensity is proportional to the smoke concentration. The receiving and transmitting units receive smoke and dust signals at specific forward scattering angles, achieving high detection sensitivity.

4、 System characteristics

Ultra low range, low range (0-5) mg/m3, ultra-high sensitivity, low detection limit of 0.05 mg/m3.

Using jet technology to extract some smoke from the flue, it has a compact structure, simple installation, lightning resistance, harsh environment resistance, low cost, and low maintenance.

Continuous heating and constant temperature control are carried out during the flue gas transmission process to prevent measurement deviation caused by condensation of wet flue gas during the transmission process.

Adopting intelligent control technology, real-time display of measurement results and system operating status parameters.

Through the built-in flow rate measurement device, constant velocity sampling of wet flue gas can be achieved.

6、 Installation preparation

Opening: The diameter of the opening at the installation point of the measuring probe should be greater than 56 mm, and the hole position should not be higher than 400mm from the platform ground.
