Product Introduction: Yellow phosphorus production mainly uses the electric furnace method to refine yellow phosphorus. During the production process, yellow phosphorus tail gas is generated. The byproduct of producing 1 ton of yellow phosphorus is about 2500-3000 Nm3 of yellow phosphorus tail gas, which contains CO (82-95%) (vol) and has a calorific value of 10.7475-12.0119MJ/m3. Equivalent to large calorie: 2500-2800 kcal/cubic meter is considered a medium calorific value fuel.
Yellow phosphorus tail gas has good calorific value and can be burned. In the early stage of China, yellow phosphorus tail gas was mainly treated in the form of sky lamps, which not only caused environmental pollution but also wasted resources.
