1、 Overview of dryer:
Dryers are widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical engineering, cement, etc. They are mainly used for drying materials with high humidity and high specific gravity, such as slag, limestone, clay, river sand, quartz sand, and water slag.
2、 Characteristics of dryer burner: The dryer burner, also known as the dryer nozzle, is an important combustion device that sprays fuel into a drum or hot air stove through the burner and ignites to generate a large amount of heat for drying materials.
1. The solar term saves fuel and has low operating costs. The ZWHR series dryer burner adopts a stable flame disc structure design, which ensures uniform mixing of fuel and air, full combustion, and low nitrogen emissions. The material selection for the combustion tube of the dryer burner is stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures above 1100 ℃, has a long service life, and low replacement frequency.
The length of the combustion tube is determined by the operating conditions of the dryer, and a standard length of 300mm can be customized with an extended tube.
2. Automatic control can achieve local and remote control functions. The dryer burner has a comprehensive range of safety measures, including automatic ignition, flameout protection, leakage protection, and pressure protection. High precision UV probes and leakage alarm devices monitor the flame combustion status in real-time. Once flameout or leakage occurs, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment. The drying machine control cabinet can also achieve automatic temperature control function, which can be connected to the central control room to achieve remote control function and real-time monitoring of the safe operation of the drying machine equipment.
3. We undertake gas and fuel equipment and pipeline design and construction projects. For areas without access to pipeline gas, Zhongwei Company undertakes gas and fuel tank and pipeline design and construction projects.
