Introduction to Methanol Dryer: The hot air stove burner of the dryer uses methanol as fuel, and the large amount of heat generated by combustion is sprayed into the cylinder through a dedicated burner. It is an important flame spraying device for drying materials, also known as a split burner or methanol burner.
1. Fuel saving. The diesel burner or heavy oil burner adopts a flame stabilizing disc structure, and uses an air compressor to compress air atomization. The fuel/air mixture is uniform and the combustion is sufficient. If the burner of the dryer uses high viscosity heavy oil as fuel and auxiliary heating measures are taken to enhance the fluidity of the heavy oil and facilitate atomization combustion. Diesel or heavy oil is sprayed into the furnace through a fuel burner, generating a large amount of heat after combustion, which is used to dry materials. Due to the high calorific value, high drying efficiency, and large output of heavy oil and diesel, energy conservation is achieved.
2. Characteristics of methanol burner: With a built-in ignition burner structure design, the calorific value of refined alcohol is 4000 kcal/kg, making it a medium calorific value fuel. The material of the combustion tube for the methanol burner is stainless steel 310s or silicon carbide structure, which can withstand high temperatures above 1100 ℃. The length of the combustion tube is 300mm (which can be customized and extended), and it can be directly extended into the drum or embedded into the wall of the hot blast furnace. The high-temperature flue gas radiates and heats the material through the cylinder.
3. The high-precision UV probe monitors the combustion status of the flame in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished, the system will give an audible and visual alarm and immediately shut off the fuel valve.
