Introduction to the characteristics and application range of high-speed temperature regulating burners for natural gas furnaces:

1、 Product features:

2、 Structural principle:

The characteristic of a high-speed temperature regulating burner is that the combustion gas outlet speed of the burner can reach over 100 meters/second, and the temperature of the combustion gas at the outlet is reduced to a temperature close to the heating temperature of the workpiece by adding secondary air. Therefore, the use of high-speed temperature regulating burners can enhance convective heat transfer. It is very beneficial to improve the heating quality of the workpiece and save energy by promoting the airflow circulation in the furnace, unifying the furnace temperature, and reducing the temperature difference between the flame and the workpiece.

4、 Instructions for use:

The fuel used for the burner is various types of gas, and its rated heating value is shown in the table. When selecting the burner model, calculate the burner energy (standard cubic meters/hour) based on the actual low heating value of the gas used, and select the burner model in sequence

When the gas pressure before the burner is lower than 3.5KPa (producing furnace gas, coke oven gas) and 5.0KPa (liquefied petroleum gas), the energy of the burner is calculated using the following formula:

In the formula, P2- Actual pressure value (KPa)

V - The energy of the burner at the rated gas pressure before the burner. The rated pressure in front of the coke oven gas nozzle is 3.5KPa, and the rated pressure in front of the natural gas liquefied petroleum gas nozzle is 5.0KPa

5、 Installation and ignition:

1. Installation: The horizontal or vertical installation method of the burner utilizes the foot flange at the root of the burner to connect to the furnace frame. If inclined installation is required, users can modify the inclination angle of the angle flange themselves.

2 ignition: First, open all the flue dampers and furnace doors

Before ignition, turn on the fan to blow the furnace

When igniting, first supply a small amount of air to the burner, connect the igniter, and then turn on the gas. After igniting, turn off the igniter, and adjust the gas volume to the desired state;

If there is no igniter, an open flame or electric igniter can be inserted from the manual ignition hole to ignite the burner;

If equipped with a flame monitoring system, the igniter will automatically stop working after the burner is ignited, and can automatically ignite after the flame is extinguished;

If the gas volume has been increased but has not yet been ignited, the gas should be turned off first, the air volume should be increased to purge the furnace, the cause should be identified, and the ignition should be restarted. Do not: a large amount of gas should accumulate in the furnace and suddenly encounter an open flame, causing gas explosion.
