1. The concept of liquefied gas burner: a device that uses liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as fuel, passes through the LPG burner, is fully mixed, and then sprayed into the furnace for ignition and combustion. It is also known as a liquefied gas burner, spray gun, or liquefied gas burner. Liquefied gas burners are used in mold shell roasting furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces (crucible aluminum melting furnaces), zinc melting furnaces, forging heating furnaces, small steel rolling heating furnaces, old sand roasting furnaces, ladle roasters, drying machine hot air furnaces, etc.

Liquefied gas burners can be divided into flat flame burners and straight flame burners based on the shape of the flame. The material selection for the combustion tube of the liquefied gas burner is stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube structure, which can withstand high temperatures above 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of more than 3 years. The high-precision UV probe monitors the flame combustion status in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished, the system will immediately generate an audible and visual alarm and cut off the gas valve, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment operation.
3. The liquefied gas burner needs to be equipped with a vaporizer device. Due to the use of bottled liquefied petroleum gas and its accompanying gasification device, it ensures sufficient fuel gasification, prevents "liquid pouring" in the liquefied gas pipeline, and ensures gas safety.
