1、 Overview: The main types of aluminum melting furnaces include: pool type aluminum melting furnaces, crucible type aluminum melting furnaces, etc.
The aluminum melting (melting) furnace can be divided into: natural gasification aluminum furnace, liquefied gasification aluminum furnace, blast furnace Coal gasification aluminum furnace, coke oven Coal gasification aluminum furnace, converter Coal gasification aluminum furnace, light hydrocarbon gas aluminum furnace, etc. according to the different fuels selected. 2、 Taking the Zhongwei ZWR series liquefied and gasified aluminum furnace as an example, its characteristics are explained:
1. Energy saving liquefied gas burner with low operating cost. The liquefied gas burner adopts a stable flame disc structure, where the liquefied gas and combustion air are evenly mixed, fully burned, and the flame shape is stable. Reasonable calculation of the number of liquefied gas burners, uniform layout on both sides or one side of the aluminum melting furnace, selection of liquefied gas long flame burners, rapid melting, and improved melting speed. The material selection for the burner combustion tube is stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of>3 years. The high-precision UV probe design monitors the flame combustion status in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
2. Automatic temperature control function. Design of liquefied gas burner control cabinet: automatic ignition, flameout alarm, and immediate cut-off of gas function; Leakage protection, pressure protection, automatic temperature control function based on the melting temperature of the aluminum melting furnace, and local and remote automatic control function can be achieved by docking with the central control room.
3. Low nitrogen emissions, more environmentally friendly. The Zhongwei ZWY series liquefied gas burner belongs to the low nitrogen burner series, and the NOx emission of the aluminum melting furnace meets national standards.
4. The liquefied gas burner is matched with a dedicated liquefied gas gasification device, which makes the gasification and combustion of liquefied gas more complete and has a significant solar term effect, minimizing the fuel operating cost of the aluminum melting furnace as much as possible.
