The characteristics of heavy oil: It is a by-product of crude oil after refining. It is generally prepared from cracked heavy oil, vacuum heavy oil, atmospheric heavy oil or wax oil in different proportions. When selecting, the overall requirements should be high calorific value, good combustion performance, moderate viscosity, small corrosiveness and solid impurities, and easy to store and transport.
Burner features of heavy oil forging heating furnace:
1. Fuel saving. The heavy oil burner adopts a flame-stabilizing plate structure, and adopts the compressed air atomization method of an air compressor to achieve uniform fuel/air mixing and full combustion. If high-viscosity heavy oil is used as fuel, auxiliary heating measures must be adopted to enhance the fluidity of heavy oil and facilitate atomization and combustion.
2. Suggest an automated control system. The burner of foreign fuel forging heating furnace generally adopts simple manual control function. Especially using heavy oil as fuel, it is easy to block the heavy oil burner.
