1、 Characteristics of gas generator:
Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., as an old brand manufacturer of gas generators and gas furnaces, is committed to the energy-saving and intelligent research and application of gas burners and gas furnaces. It avoids the situation of fuzzy air to fuel ratio and waste of fuel in traditional tubular and fine flow burners.
2. Fully automatic control is achieved, and this burner can achieve functions such as automatic ignition and automatic cutting, as well as gas leakage alarm and cutting. The control cabinet of the gas generator can achieve local and remote control functions, improving the safety of gas use and greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers.
3. Long service life, this burner is made of high-temperature resistant stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, capable of withstanding high temperatures between 1100 and 1300 ℃, with a service life greater than 3 years.
At present, the burner models of the gas generator range from 100000 to 7 million kcal, and standard design and production are implemented. Regular models are available in stock. Main supporting facilities: rotary kiln equipment, drying machines, boilers, gas kilns, calciners, vertical kilns and other engineering projects.
