ZWGD-20 high-energy igniter is mainly used to match equipment such as industrial furnace burners, roasters, rotary kiln burners, boilers, etc. to ignite light oil, low calorific value gas, heavy oil, etc. It has the advantages of reliable ignition, long service life, high ignition success rate, high temperature resistance and coking resistance at the ignition end, and self-cleaning ability. 3、 Installation and wiring:

1. (1) The use case is a burner, where holes are made on the burner and machined into installation threads corresponding to the ignition rod. The ignition rod can be screwed in, and the ignition end of the ignition rod is installed 30-50mm in front of the nozzle.

(2) If the usage is for releasing the torch, it is necessary to fix the ignition rod with a dedicated ignition rod clamp, and the ignition end of the ignition rod should be 100-200mm away from the release port. This ignition rod is a new type of structural ignition rod that does not require adjustment of discharge distance.

2. This series of ignition devices consists of an igniter box, a dedicated ignition cable, and an ignition rod. When installing, connect the ignition device box and ignition rod with a dedicated ignition cable, with a power supply of 220V AC.

4、 Precautions for use:

1. Before ignition, ensure that the furnace is purged completely without residual combustible gases. Prevent accidents such as detonation when starting ignition.

2. When igniting, the ignition device should be turned on first, and then the fuel (gas) should be injected for ignition.

3. When using an igniter for fuel ignition, the fuel should atomize well, and poor atomization quality can affect the success rate of ignition. After ignition is completed, use a thruster or manually remove the ignition rod from the flame burning zone to ensure its service life.

4. When the fuel is ignited, the igniter is turned off. To prevent internal components from being burned out due to prolonged continuous ignition, a protection module has been installed inside the igniter. After 10 seconds of continuous ignition, the ignition output will automatically stop. Turning on the ignition switch again will restore ignition.

5. When installing and using the ignition rod, it should not be dropped or touched to prevent the insulation ceramic parts of the ignition rod from breaking, causing consequences such as high voltage leakage and non ignition, which seriously affect the equipment and normal operation.
