1. Fuel saving. The methanol burner adopts a stable flame disc structure and uses an air compressor to compress air for atomization. The fuel/air mixture is uniform, and the combustion is sufficient. After combustion, a large amount of heat is generated for drying materials.
Characteristics of methanol burner: Built in ignition burner structure design. The calorific value of refined alcohol is 4000 kcal/kg, belonging to the medium calorific value fuel. It automatically ignites the small burner and switches to the methanol burner for combustion after the combustion is stable. 2. The combustion tube of the methanol burner is made of stainless steel 310s material or silicon carbide tube, embedded in the furnace wall of the combustion chamber. The length of the burner tube is generally 300-500mm (customizable length), and the high-precision UV probe monitors the flame combustion status in real-time. In case of sudden flameout, the system will emit an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve.
3. The control cabinet is designed with automatic control function, which is integrated with the central control room technology to achieve local and remote automatic control functions.
