Methanol burner, also known as methanol burner, belongs to the split combustion engine series, characterized by low calorific value. The calorific value of refined alcohol ranges from 4000 to 4600 kcal/kg. Compressed air is used as the atomizer, and a dedicated control cabinet for the integrated methanol burner is designed. It has functions such as automatic ignition, flameout and oil cut-off, and automatic temperature control. It can be connected to the central control room to achieve local and remote control functions.
The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of the methanol hot air stove burner are integrated, adopting a full steel plate multi-layer sleeve structure. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, and the upper and surrounding parts are circular heat exchangers. The air and flue gas are both double return, and heat exchange is carried out in their respective ways. In order to improve thermal efficiency, the multi head spiral groove heat transfer technology and turbulence principle are adopted to reduce the thickness of the laminar flow, so that the air and flue gas continuously change their rotation direction during travel, greatly enhancing the heat transfer effect.
