1、 The burner of the steel rolling heating furnace uses diesel or heavy oil as the fuel, which is sprayed into the furnace through the diesel burner or heavy oil burner. After combustion, a large amount of heat is generated to heat the steel billet through the spraying device.
1. Fuel saving. The diesel burner or heavy oil burner adopts a flame stabilizing disc structure, and uses an air compressor to compress air atomization. If the steel rolling heating furnace uses high viscosity heavy oil as fuel, auxiliary heating measures should be taken to enhance the fluidity of the heavy oil and facilitate atomization combustion. 4. The burner of the steel rolling heating furnace is made of stainless steel 310s (Cr25Ni20) or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures of 1300 ℃. 5. The selection of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant series oil pumps for heavy oil requires a pressure of 2-6 kilograms.
