1、 The burner of push plate kiln uses diesel or heavy oil as fuel, which is called: diesel push plate kiln burner, heavy oil push plate kiln burner or diesel push plate kiln burner, heavy oil push plate kiln burner. Heavy oil push plate kiln is mainly used in countries and regions in Africa and the Middle East.
1. Fuel saving. The diesel burner or heavy oil burner adopts a flame stabilizing disc structure, and uses an air compressor to compress air atomization. The fuel/air mixture is uniform and the combustion is sufficient. If the push plate kiln uses high viscosity heavy oil as fuel, auxiliary heating measures should be taken to enhance the fluidity of the heavy oil and facilitate atomization combustion. Diesel or heavy oil is sprayed into the furnace of the push plate kiln through a fuel burner, and after combustion, a large amount of heat is generated to heat glazed tiles or other products. Due to the high calorific value of heavy oil and diesel, the heating efficiency is high.
2. Automatic temperature control function. According to the heating process curve, automatic temperature control function can be achieved, and local and remote control functions can be achieved through docking with the central control room, making maintenance convenient.
3. The nozzle of the push plate kiln is made of stainless steel 310s material or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300 ℃. The length of the nozzle tube is 500mm (customized according to the thickness of the kiln wall), embedded in the furnace wall. The fuel and combustion air are mixed and ignited before being sprayed into the furnace, and the high-temperature flue gas evenly heats the product.
