The MIP series coal pulverizer is a new type of coal powder equipment independently developed and manufactured by our company, mainly used for tempering, annealing, quenching, rolling, forging, smelting, drying, steam, roasting, lead smelting, zinc oxide smelting, rotary kiln, tubular furnace, desulfurization gypsum powder, drying organic fertilizer, dehydrated vegetable, hot air furnace, boiler coal injection combustion, asphalt mixing station and other industries, which can replace fuel oil, gas, and natural gas, This saves 20-40% of economic costs, reduces personnel labor intensity, and improves production efficiency

2. Common problems to pay attention to during maintenance and use of coal pulverizer and spray machine. This product is a high-speed rotating mechanical energy-saving equipment. Before use, two high-strength magnets should be added to the hopper of the coal pulverizer and spray machine to avoid damage to internal parts due to the mixing of iron blocks in the coal. Secondly, the gearbox that drives the spiral feeder should be refueled to avoid damage to internal mechanical parts.

3. The bearings at both ends of the spindle should be lubricated with high-temperature lithium based grease and high-speed grease every shift.

4. The internal lining plate and grinding hammer of the coal pulverizer are repaired quarterly during long-term use to avoid damage caused by missed inspection and affect production.

5. After use, do not immediately stop the main motor to prevent the presence of coal powder inside the coal pulverizer and spray machine, which may affect the next use and startup, and damage the motor due to overload.
