Ignition method

According to the on-site fuel characteristics and equipment adaptability, the system adopts electronic ignition and manual ignition methods. When igniting, it is necessary to ignite the ignition gun (or ignition torch) in advance. When starting electronic ignition, first confirm that the circuit is normal. Start the ignition knob and slowly open the gas ball valve until the ignition is successful. After the ignition gun burns stably, open the oil circuit valve to ignite. When using a torch for ignition, place the torch at the front end of the burner and open the oil circuit valve to ignite the fuel.

1. Fuel system configuration

The system includes oil tanks, oil pumps, pressure display instruments, manual valves, etc. The fuel pressure is adjusted from 0.2 to 0.4 MPa according to actual working conditions.

2. Air supply system configuration

The system air supply system adopts centrifugal fan. The operator can manually adjust the opening of the air valve, combined with oil volume adjustment, to achieve the ideal air fuel ratio.

3. Configuration of atomization air section

The burner uses a medium atomization method to atomize the fuel, using compressed air as the atomizing medium, adjusting the pressure to match the oil output, and striving to fully atomize the fuel to ensure combustion efficiency.

4. Electric heating part

Due to the poor fluidity of coal tar (heavy oil), the system is equipped with electric heating equipment to improve the flow capacity of coal tar after heating the pipeline. The electric heating equipment adopts an automatic temperature control heating method, which automatically adjusts the heating method within the set temperature range. Electric heating and oil tank are integrated, and to prevent coking, it is necessary to regularly clean coking to prevent damage to the heater.

5. Electric control system

The electronic control part of the system includes oil pump control, fan control, air compressor control, etc. The oil pump control section, air compressor control section, and fan control section are centralized into one control cabinet, which is installed on-site for easy operation.

6. Operation process

The fuel control operating system adopts the principle of air and oil, and first checks whether the circuit is normal before ignition. First, start the heater until the temperature of coal tar reaches the set temperature. Start the combustion fan, adjust the appropriate air volume and compressed air pressure of the air compressor, start the oil pump, and adjust the fuel pressure. After the ignition gun (or ignition torch) is ignited and the combustion stabilizes, slowly open the fuel ball valve and adjust it to the air fuel ratio.
