The blast furnace gas rotary kiln burner and the converter gas burner are burners that use blast furnace gas and converter gas as fuel. These two fuels have one thing in common: both belong to low calorific value, low pressure, mixed gas, and the main components of the fuel are CO and a small amount of methane and hydrogen.
The characteristics of the blast furnace gas rotary kiln burner and the converter gas rotary kiln burner are as follows:
1. The burner adopts a stable flame disc structure or a high-temperature resistant alloy steel casting multi-channel design. The blast furnace gas (converter gas) and combustion air are mixed in a suitable combustion ratio to achieve sufficient combustion. Single fuel or multi fuel mixed combustion burners can be designed, and the structural design can achieve single channel or multi channel structural forms.
2. The gas pipeline at the front end of the burner is designed with anti backfire and gas safety release devices to prevent pipeline backfire and explosion, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
3. The burner adopts a pneumatic valve group (shut-off valve or regulating valve), which can achieve the functions of extinguishing and cutting off gas and automatically adjusting the proportion of gas combustion. The high-precision UV probe and leakage alarm device are designed to monitor the flame combustion status and gas leakage in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished or gas leakage occurs, the system will immediately generate an audible and visual alarm and cut off the fuel valve group.
4. The rotary kiln burner control cabinet can achieve local and remote automatic control functions. The rotary kiln is designed with wireless temperature measurement or far-infrared temperature measurement devices, which can achieve automatic temperature control function according to the material calcination process. Remote control function can be achieved by connecting with the central control room DCS.
5. High temperature resistant industrial TV design, real-time monitoring of material calcination and kiln body ring formation, to prevent ring formation from affecting the production of rotary kiln equipment.
