Multi-channel dual gas mixed combustion burner

The multi-channel dual gas mixed combustion burner is developed and designed by our company specifically for burning various gas fuels on rotary kilns. This burner ensures the advantages and characteristics of multi-channel burners, while also increasing the adaptability of fuel, solving the problem of users using a single fuel that cannot meet production needs. At present, it has been widely used in various cement production lines, chemical industry, metallurgy, ceramic sand, pellets, and lime rotary kilns, and is highly praised by users.

This model of burner is divided into adjustable and non adjustable types for the cross-sectional area of each channel outlet. This section introduces the adjustable type. It consists of pipelines, nozzles, butterfly valves, pressure measuring instruments, and protective layers:

Pipeline: It is divided into five parts from the outside to the inside, namely axial flow duct, main combustion duct, auxiliary gas duct, swirl duct, internal axial flow duct, and central duct.

Nozzle: Made of special materials, it is one of the key components to ensure the shape and lifespan of the flame.

Butterfly valve: used to regulate air volume. This burner is equipped with four manual (automatic) butterfly valves, which are used to regulate the flow of central air, swirl air, internal axial flow air duct, and axial flow air.

Pressure measuring instrument: indirectly displays the speed of each air outlet in the burner and the pressure of gas. Protective layer: refers to the refractory pouring layer, which is the responsibility of the user for pouring.
