1、 Concept and application of oxidized pellets:

Oxidized pellets are one of the important methods for making fine ore blocks. First, add an appropriate amount of water and binder to the powder ore to make a green ball with uniform viscosity and sufficient strength. After drying, preheating, and roasting in an oxidizing atmosphere, the green ball is agglomerated to make pellets. This method is particularly suitable for processing fine concentrate powder. However, the growth of such microcrystals is very limited, so the pellet strength is not high at this time. Therefore, under the strong oxidizing atmosphere and the roasting temperature of 1100~1300 ℃, the magnetite pellets will form crystal bridges between particles, microcrystalline growth and recrystallization, which is the basic form of pellet consolidation.
