The characteristics of the heavy oil lime rotary kiln burner are as follows:
1. Heavy oil belongs to the category of high calorific value fuel, with a high calorific value of 9600 kcal/kg. Compressed air is used for atomization, with sufficient mixing, good atomization effect, sufficient combustion, no oil dripping, and high combustion efficiency.
2. The rotary kiln burner adopts a single channel or multi-channel design structure, and the combustion tube adopts a high-temperature resistant casting material protection structure to extend the service life of the rotary kiln burner.
3. The combustion tube length of the burner is 3.5-5.5m, and the flame length is 3.0-9.0m. It can be adjusted online based on the temperature of the calcined material and the kiln diameter.
4. The rotary kiln burner is designed with a high-precision UV probe to monitor the flame combustion status in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished, the system will emit an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the fuel valve.
