The coke oven gas rotary kiln burner, also known as the coke oven gas rotary kiln burner, is an energy-saving special burner designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. for rotary kiln equipment. The material selection for the combustion tube of the coke oven gas burner is stainless steel 310s or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of more than 5 years. The standard length of the combustion tube is 300mm, embedded in the furnace wall fiber cotton, and the flame adopts a flat flame structure, evenly heating the drum, and radiating the material through the drum.
4. The coke oven gas pipeline is designed with flame arrester and filter. The filter is mainly used to filter a small amount of coal tar and dust in the gas, reduce the probability of blocking the burner and ensure normal production. The flame arrester ensures that the gas is in a low pressure state to prevent pipeline backfire.
5. The gas pipeline is designed with automatic release and manual evacuation devices, and the residual gas in the pipeline is promptly drained when the boiler is shut down.
