1、 Burner structure

From the outside to the inside, they are: axial flow air, swirl air, main gas, and center air.

2、 The function of each channel of the rotary kiln burner:

1. Axial flow air: It plays a role in wrapping the flame, controlling its divergence, disorder, and absorbing high-temperature secondary air. In addition, the bowl shaped effect formed by the outer flame hood makes the flame more reasonable. Its wind speed: 160-220m/s (belonging to axial wind).

2. Swirl air: Strengthen air air mixing, improve gas combustion speed and burnout rate. Its wind speed: 120-180m/s (belonging to radial wind)

3. Main gas: The gas channel during the production process.

4. Central air: Supply oxygen to the central part of the flame for combustion and stabilize the flame. Its wind speed: 40-60 m/s.

3、 Steps for ignition and heating up:

1. Power on the valve group and open the pilot gas valve at the same time to check the opening and closing of the electric valve,.

2. Before the first ignition, the furnace is automatically purged for 5 to 15 minutes, and the small burner is ignited automatically or manually. After the flame stabilizes, the gas is slowly turned on, and the main gas is ignited with a torch ignition source.

3. Once the main gas combustion is stable, primary clean air (i.e. combustion air) can be introduced. Adjust the axial flow air, swirl air, and center air electric butterfly valves appropriately to control the normal and stable combustion of the flame.

4. According to the heating needs in the kiln, adjust the gas volume and various electric butterfly valves appropriately to control the flame.

matters needing attention:

Before ignition, the fan should be turned on and purged for at least 15 minutes.

If the ignition fails within 20 seconds, immediately cut off the gas circuit, stop ventilation, and clean the residual gas in the kiln. Only after checking and troubleshooting can the ignition be restarted.

During the ignition and heating up period, the primary clean air should be adjusted appropriately based on the amount of gas used, and should not be used too much to prevent blowing out the flame.

Any shutdown should first clean the residual gas in the kiln, and then check and eliminate the fault before reigniting.

IV. Adjustment and operation method of burner during normal production: namely flame control method.

1. Operation of each electric butterfly valve:

Axial flow air butterfly valve: open larger: the flame becomes thinner and longer; Turn it down: The flame becomes thicker and shorter.

Swirl air butterfly valve: open larger: the flame becomes thicker and shorter; Turn it down: The flame becomes thinner and longer.

Central air butterfly valve: It can be controlled at 3-10kpa according to the gauge pressure.

Attention: During the operation of the butterfly valve, the pressure of each gauge head should be controlled to not exceed the rated pressure of the clean air fan.

2. Bellows adjustment: When the adjustment of the electric butterfly valve cannot meet the production requirements, this adjustment method can be used.

The flame becomes thinner and longer: the axial flow wind corrugated tube compresses or the swirling wind corrugated tube expands.

The flame becomes thicker and shorter: the axial flow corrugated tube expands or the swirling corrugated tube compresses.

Slow down the gas injection speed: compress the gas bellows.

Accelerate gas injection speed: Expand the gas bellows.
