The high-speed swirling airflow of the swirl air can create an internal reflux zone, thereby playing a role in stabilizing combustion; The DC air nozzle adopts a specialized nozzle with circumferential distribution, which sprays high-speed airflow and absorbs secondary high-temperature air, ensuring full mixing of gas and hot flue gas, and enhancing combustion. By simple operation of various manual valves, uniform speed regulation of each air duct can be achieved and a good matching effect can be produced.

The gas regulating valve is used to regulate the gas flow, and its valve opening is given by the control system.

Combustion air system

The system air supply system adopts Roots blower, which is driven by a frequency converter. The frequency of the blower is given by the operating system through real-time temperature calculation of the furnace, and can be directly operated on the panel in manual mode.

The combustion air system of the system only requires an external interface, and the central air duct of the burner, swirling air, and axial air are all integrated and designed. The combustion fan adopts Roots blower and is driven by frequency conversion. The central air, swirl air, and axial flow air branch pipelines are equipped with regulating valves, and the operator can adjust the air volume according to the specific combustion state to achieve the ideal combustion state.

When the multi-channel burner is working, the Roots blower provides primary air volume, with low air volume and high air pressure, which can elongate the flame length; Due to the negative pressure inside the furnace, secondary air enters the furnace through the discharge port, providing sufficient air volume for the full combustion of fuel.
