1、 Overview of diesel rotary kiln burner: It is a combustion control equipment used for drying and calcining products in rotary kilns, also known as split burner. The rotary kiln burner is mainly installed at the kiln head, which is divided into fixed kiln head and movable kiln head. Large kilns are generally made into fixed types, with a movable fixed kiln head facing the kiln door in the front design. Small and medium-sized kiln heads are made into movable kiln heads that move on rails. The most commonly used type of movable kiln head is non ferrous metallurgical rotary kiln.
In traditional kilns that burn lump coal, the kiln head is a combustion chamber. In kilns that burn coal powder, heavy oil, and gas, the position where the rotary kiln burner is installed is the kiln head, which is also the location of the discharge device. The kiln head operates at high temperatures, and its structure is generally welded with steel plates, lined with refractory bricks or poured with heat-resistant concrete. There are working doors and peepholes on the front wall, and also working doors on the side wall. The size of the kiln head depends on the diameter of the rotary kiln, the burner of the rotary kiln, the combustion method, and the structure and size of the discharge device.
2、 Rotary kiln burners can be classified according to fuel types: solid, liquid, and gas fuels can be selected, and different combustion devices are required, so there are many types of kiln head structures. If flame is used to enter the kiln, a long flame burner is used. When using flue gas, lump coal, and coal powder to enter the kiln, the selection of the burner needs to be determined based on the corresponding combustion chamber volume heat intensity.
Rotary kiln burners are divided into three categories based on fuel: oil fired rotary kiln burners, gas fired rotary kiln burners, and coal powder burners.
1. The fuel rotary kiln burners are divided into heavy oil burners and diesel burners. These types of burners are mainly exported to Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
2. Gas rotary kiln burners are divided into: natural gas rotary kiln burners, liquefied gas rotary kiln burners, blast furnace gas rotary kiln burners, coke oven gas rotary kiln burners, converter gas rotary kiln burners, biogas burners, light hydrocarbon gas burners, yellow phosphorus tail gas burners, etc.
