Features of the toaster equipment:
1. The burner of the baking ladle is the core component, and the baking ladle is mostly made of a long flame type burner, which directly sprays the ladle bottom, resulting in high baking quality and uniform temperature.
2. Implement automatic temperature control function based on the baking process curve, and reserve ports in the control cabinet to interface with the DCS system in the central control room, enabling remote real-time monitoring.
3. The cover adopts a fire-resistant cotton or casting material structure, with good insulation performance. The cover is aligned with the outer edge of the casting ladle to reduce heat loss.
4. The equipment is sturdy and durable, with a long service life. The combustion tube of the burner is made of stainless steel 310s (Cr25Ni20), which can withstand high temperatures from 1100 to 1300 ℃ and has a service life of up to 3-5 years. The bracket and accessories are mostly made of national standard materials, reducing maintenance costs.
