1、 Source of tail gas from submerged arc furnace:

Mineral arc furnace, also known as electric arc furnace or resistance furnace. It is mainly used for reducing smelting ores, carbon reducing agents, solvents and other raw materials, and mainly produces ferroalloys such as ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochromium, ferrotungsten, and silicomanganese alloys. Mineral heat furnaces are mainly divided into two types: semi enclosed and enclosed. The exhaust gas generated by enclosed furnaces contains a large amount of combustible components and impurities. After purification treatment, it can be used as an important fuel for the mineral heat furnace exhaust gas burner (gas burner) designed by Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. 2、 Combustion characteristics and application of tail gas from submerged arc furnace

The calorific value of the tail gas from a submerged arc furnace is usually only about 1/3 of the calorific value of natural gas, equivalent to a large calorie value of 2500-2800 kcal/cubic meter. The laminar flame speed (LFS) during the combustion of tail gas from a submerged arc furnace is much faster than that of natural gas, which is related to the proportion of hydrogen content in the gas. The laminar flame velocity is the rate at which oxidation reactions occur at the front of the laminar flow, that is, the relative velocity between the unburned mixture and the flame front. Given the unique combustion characteristics of FOF, the parameters of the combustion control system for the tail gas burner of the submerged arc furnace need to be specially designed to adapt to its characteristics, while also meeting the NOx emission requirements.

4. The baking machine cover adopts a high-temperature resistant fiber cotton or castable structure, and the cover is attached to the opening to reduce heat loss.

5. The burner combustion tube of the baking machine is made of stainless steel 310s (Cr25Ni20) or silicon carbide material, which can withstand high temperatures between 1100 and 1300 ℃. The baking machine bracket and accessories are made of national standard materials to reduce maintenance costs and extend service life.

6. The baking machine cover can be designed for lifting and rotating, making it easy to operate on site.
