2. The air combustion pipeline can appropriately blow oxygen, making the combustion of air and low calorific value converter gas more complete, achieving oxygen rich combustion in the converter gas baking device, and achieving more obvious energy-saving effects.
3. Design explosion-proof pneumatic valve groups for the gas pipeline and combustion air pipeline of the converter gas burner to achieve emergency cut-off function and ensure the operation of the converter gas baking device.
4. The control cabinet of the converter gas baking device is connected with the central control room technology to achieve local and remote automatic control functions.
5. The converter gas baking device adopts a high-energy ignition gun or liquefied gas ignition nozzle for ignition. The liquefied gas nozzle ignites the converter gas nozzle or the high-energy ignition gun ignites the converter gas nozzle, greatly improving the success rate of converter gas ignition.
