1. The burner adopts a stable flame disc structure, and the blast furnace gas and air are evenly mixed with accurate proportions to achieve full combustion. The combustion tube is made of stainless steel 310s (Cr25Ni20) or silicon carbide, which can withstand high temperatures from 1100 to 1300 ℃ and has a service life of about 5 years. The burner is designed with a high-precision UV probe device to monitor the combustion status of the flame in real-time. In case of sudden flameout, the system will sound and light an alarm and immediately cut off the gas.
