3、 Taking the baking process parameters of the blast furnace gas baking device as an example, briefly explain:

1. Offline steel (iron) ladle baking is used for fast or slow drying of newly built ladle and turnover ladle. When using blast furnace gas, the heating temperature is around 1100 ± 50 ℃, the heating rate is 40 ℃/min, and the temperature difference inside the ladle (intermediate ladle) is about 30 ℃. The cold ladle is baked offline for about 2.5 hours, and the ladle lining temperature can reach over 1000 ℃.

2. Online baking (ladle. tundish): When using blast furnace gas to quickly bake the online ladle (tundish), it can be heated to above 1100 ℃, with a heating rate of ≥ 40 ℃/min. The temperature difference inside the ladle (tundish) is about 30 ℃. Usually, the target temperature can be achieved by baking the lining for 10-20 minutes, which can achieve fully automatic temperature control function.

3. Oxygen-enriched pure oxygen combustion will increase the combustion temperature of low calorific value gas, and the solar term effect will be more obvious.
