1、 The Zhongwei blast furnace gas baking device has been optimized in various aspects such as the selection of blast furnace gas straight flame burners and combustion control, with significant energy-saving effects. The characteristics are as follows:
1.2. The blast furnace gas burner is equipped with a built-in ignition gun structure, using high calorific value fuel (natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas) as the guiding fire. After the liquefied gas burner is ignited stably, it automatically switches to blast furnace gas combustion to ensure stable ignition and prevent the occurrence of "explosion" phenomenon.
1.3. Configuration of blast furnace gas pipeline: The explosion-proof pneumatic valve group mainly includes explosion-proof regulating valves and explosion-proof shut-off valves. According to the baking process curve, the temperature automatic adjustment function can be achieved. The connection between the local control cabinet and the central control room can achieve local and remote automatic control functions.
1.4. According to the structure, the blast furnace gas baking device can be divided into: vertical lifting blast furnace gas baking device, vertical flipping blast furnace gas baking device, and horizontal blast furnace gas baking device.
1.5. The entire system of the furnace, including natural gas, combustion air, furnace pressure, and smoke exhaust system, shall be equipped with interlocking protection, alarm, automatic and manual adjustment, etc.
1.6 The calorific value of blast furnace gas is low, and pure oxygen or rich oxygen can be used to assist combustion. The fuel combustion speed is fast, and the sensible heat temperature of the gas is increased, making the low calorific value fuel play a greater energy-saving effect.
