1、 The control box has the following functions:

1. Control function: The FST-A flameout protection alarm control box is equipped with control components such as burner controller, ultraviolet flame monitor, circuit breaker, intermediate relay, time relay, button, indicator light, etc. The panel has power indication, fire indication, operation switch, and operation indication.

The alarm control box has a flameout interlock protection function. When the operator turns the transfer switch to the open state, the operation indicator light will light up, and the gas or fuel valves will open simultaneously. (Reserve 10 seconds (adjustable) for ignition time, and the fuel valve will remain open until 10 seconds (adjustable) for ignition time. After the ignition time is over, the fuel valve will achieve the opening and closing of the fuel valve based on the actual flame signal, such as keeping open with fire and closing without fire.) When the system is running normally, the fuel valve remains open. When an unexpected shutdown occurs during system operation, the sound and light alarm light will sound, and the fuel valve will be closed after a delay of 1 to 3 seconds, prompting the operator to extinguish the flame. Only after the operator eliminates the fault can the operation be resumed. Alternatively, the ignition signal can be uploaded to the upper computer in the form of a switch value for easy monitoring by the operator.

2. Scope of application: This flameout protection alarm control box is mainly used for flameout protection alarms of burners in steel mills, petrochemical and metallurgical environmental protection, etc. Its performance is reliable, detection sensitivity is high, and on-site operation is simple.

2、 Introduction to the PLC control cabinet of the baking machine:

Automatic temperature control function is achieved based on the ladle baking temperature curve, with uniform temperature and small temperature difference.

1. Furnace temperature control system:

This system is mainly used to control the pouring ladle temperature. The temperature of the ladle directly affects the lifespan of the refractory lining and even the entire ladle baking device.

2. Electrical control system:

1. The control system includes: blowing control, ignition control, temperature control, thermal storage switching control (functions of the thermal storage baking device), and transmission mechanical control. The control system consists of a PLC and corresponding software, as well as a control electrical cabinet. The PLC is selected from Siemens (or domestic) brand to achieve real-time control and operation. A human-machine interface is selected to display the working status of various parts of the baking machine in real-time, and process parameters can be set and modified in real-time.

2. There is a furnace gas constant temperature control method, which adopts closed-loop control. That is, the temperature signal collected by the furnace temperature thermocouple is sent to the intelligent instrument or PLC closed-loop control module for cold end compensation and linearization processing. The results are compared with the furnace set temperature signal, and after PLC calculation and processing, the output signals are sent to the air supply fan and the proportional control valve on the natural gas pipeline to automatically adjust the air supply volume and natural gas volume, To adjust the size of the flame.

3. The ignition procedure for the regenerative baking device is as follows: first, the furnace is purged. After the purge is completed, ignition can be started. After successful ignition, a high fire (secondary ignition) can be ignited. If the ignition process fails, the furnace is purged again. After successful ignition, the temperature is raised according to the set temperature. Due to the intermittent preheating of the combustion air in the regenerative bed, the direction of the pneumatic directional valve needs to be continuously switched to change the direction of air supply and exhaust. PLC can switch according to the set time or control the action time of the valve based on the exhaust gas temperature. If the furnace temperature is high and the exhaust gas temperature is high, the switching time is short (can be set by oneself).

Start the fan and blow it first (time can be set, fan frequency can be set)

Step 4: Successfully ignite, execute PID temperature rise (temperature can be set) insulation program, and perform thermal storage commutation (commutation time adjustable)

Step 5: Over temperature alarm, cut off all gas valves and shut down.

4. Transmission mechanical control: Its function is to control the start and stop of the combustion fan motor, smoke exhaust fan, furnace door fan, and furnace door lifting mechanism, as well as protect against motor overload and other faults. The control circuit receives the DO module output indication from the PLC, thereby achieving automatic control function.
