1、 Engineering case:
The regenerative forging furnace has low gas consumption, and the regenerative high-temperature air combustion technology greatly increases the generation of NOx in the furnace when the preheating temperature of the combustion air reaches over 900 ℃. The regenerative combustion method is a diffuse combustion in a relatively hypoxic state, with low NOx content in the flue gas, which is beneficial for protecting the environment. The regenerative low oxygen combustion mode can not only reduce the oxidation and burning loss of the heated metal, but also increase the flame radiant intensity, strengthen the radiation heat transfer, and increase the output of forgings of the regenerative natural gas furnace.
