According to customer requirements, the furnace lining can be made of high alumina castable prefabricated block lining or zirconium containing refractory fiber lining, effectively reducing the maintenance rate of equipment furnace lining.

◆ Heat storage burner can effectively reduce energy consumption and increase heating speed quickly; We have pioneered a variable frequency combustion method in terms of combustion, fully utilizing energy efficiency. The exhaust emission temperature is 80 ℃, and the combustion air can be preheated to 1200 ℃. The waste heat of the exhaust gas is fully utilized, improving the combustion efficiency by 90%.
