1、 The long flame burner of Zhongwei regenerative aluminum melting furnace has been optimized and designed in various aspects such as nozzle, heat storage volume, and combustion control. It saves more than 30% energy compared to ordinary burners and has significant energy-saving effects. The characteristics are as follows:

1. The castable used for the heat storage burner is formulated by our company and has a service life of more than 3 years.

2. Adopting pulse combustion technology and PLC control for temperature control, the heat transfer inside the furnace is strengthened to ensure uniform furnace temperature.

3. The smoke exhaust method is forced smoke exhaust, ensuring the stability of furnace temperature and pressure, and ensuring the accuracy of temperature and pressure control.

2、 Configuration characteristics of regenerative burner and combustion control system:

1. Burner type and arrangement:

According to the characteristics of the smelting furnace, the smelting chamber adopts a set of two Zhongwei regenerative burners, arranged on the same furnace wall, and the two burners work alternately.

Combustion system configuration:

Each burner is equipped with an ignition gun (ignition nozzle), flame monitor, high-pressure igniter, burner controller, high fire solenoid valve, gas flow control valve, ignition solenoid valve, ignition air fuel ratio valve, etc., forming a pulse combustion system. A flow meter is installed in the natural gas main to monitor and calculate the consumption of natural gas in real-time. To ensure the stable pressure of the natural gas system, a pressure regulating valve is installed behind the flow meter to ensure the normal operation of the burner. Each group of burners uses a four-way directional valve to achieve pulse combustion of the burners, and uses a motor frequency converter to control the fan speed to achieve the size of the air supply and smoke exhaust volume.

3. Characteristics of combustion system:

3.1. Use high-temperature combustion air to improve fuel utilization efficiency;

3.2. Pulse alternating lean oxygen combustion reduces NOx emissions and fully complies with environmental emission standards.

3.3. The regenerative burner has good adjustment performance (automatically adjusted according to the furnace temperature and process curve requirements), and is suitable for various heating speed process requirements;

3.4. It is convenient to replace the heat storage ball, install, and inspect it.

4、 Automatic control scheme for electrical control system:

1. The furnace temperature is controlled in a single zone, with a total of 1 temperature zone and 2 points in each room, namely the furnace temperature control point and the aluminum liquid temperature detection point, using a 2-point joint control method. The furnace temperature is detected using S-type thermocouples, fixed type; The temperature of aluminum liquid is detected using a dedicated thermocouple, handheld, and manually detected before exiting.

2. According to the set temperature and process curve, automatically adjust the weather flow rate, combustion air volume, and smoke exhaust volume to change the flame size and accurately control the temperature.

3. The instrument displays the pressure, flow rate, and cumulative flow rate of the gas (a flow meter needs to be installed);

4. The furnace pressure is detected using a micro differential pressure capacitive pressure transmitter, and the flow of the smoke exhaust fan is digitally controlled to automatically adjust the furnace pressure; When there is a significant fluctuation in furnace pressure during reversing, an auxiliary electric gate valve exhaust passage is also installed to adjust the furnace pressure through instantaneous smoke exhaust;

5. The pressure of natural gas, combustion air, and compressed air is detected using a pressure switch, and data is transmitted through sensors, causing an alarm when exceeding the limit;
