Working principle of regenerative burner: The system shall at least include two burners, two regenerative chambers, a heat recovery system, and corresponding control devices. The burner and heat storage chamber can be directly connected together according to the actual situation on site or alternatively connected together using pipes cast with refractory materials.

When one burner uses the hot air in the heat storage chamber for combustion, the other burner functions as a smoke exhaust port, using a smoke exhaust fan to extract the hot air from the furnace and store heat through the burner into the heat storage device. When the heat is fully stored, the directional valve acts to switch the functions of the two burners.

Regenerative burners are mainly used in forging heating furnaces, steel rolling heating furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces, head heating furnaces, mold shell roasting furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, baking furnaces, and RTO waste gas incinerators.

The emission of nitrogen oxides after combustion in the forging furnace burner seriously exceeds the standard, which does not meet the requirements of the national low nitrogen emission standard. In this case, replacing domestic or imported natural gas burners cannot meet the low nitrogen emission standards, let alone consider ultra-low nitrogen emission standards. In view of this, Zhengzhou Zhongwei Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed a free on-site technical renovation plan that uses SNCR or SCR denitrification technology. Generally, SNCR denitrification technology is more commonly used and the one-time investment is low.

The SCR denitrification process system is composed of ammonia zone, denitrification zone, catalyst, and other parts. The ammonia area generally includes liquid ammonia storage and transportation systems, ammonia gas preparation and supply systems, etc; The denitrification area generally includes ammonia/air mixing system, ammonia injection mixing system, SCR reactor system, etc. The equipment in the ammonia area mainly includes: liquid ammonia storage tank, ammonia compressor, liquid ammonia evaporator, ammonia buffer tank, ammonia dilution tank, ammonia monitor, etc. The equipment in the denitrification area mainly includes ammonia/air mixer, reactor, soot blower, etc.

Technical indicators

1. NOx removal efficiency reaches over 85% and emission concentration meets relevant national emission standards;

2. The ammonia escape rate shall not exceed 3ppm;

3. The conversion rate of SO2/SO3 shall not exceed 1%.

SNCR (Selective Non Catalytic Reduction) is an economical and practical NOx removal technology, which is a selective non catalytic reduction method. The principle is to use NH3, urea [CO (NH2) 2], and other reducing agents to atomize before injection into industrial kilns or boilers, or to atomize by evaporating the heat inside the furnace. When the reducing agent is sprayed into the furnace at a temperature range of (850-1100) ℃, the ammonia or urea in the gas phase will decompose into free radicals NH3 and NH2. Under this temperature range and the presence of oxygen, the thermal decomposition product NH3 of the reducing agent undergoes SNCR reaction with NOx in the flue gas to generate N2. This method uses the furnace as the reactor.

The SNCR denitrification process mainly includes the following four basic processes:

1. Accept and store reducing agents;

2. Dose output of reducing agent mixed with water for dilution;

3. Inject diluted reducing agent into the appropriate position of the boiler;

4. Mix the reducing agent with the flue gas for denitrification reaction.

The SNCR system is designed and manufactured in a modular manner, mainly consisting of a reducing agent circulation module and a reducing agent
