Gas generator equipment is divided into: single-stage gas producer and double-stage gas producer, which are mainly used in industrial kilns and rotary kilns, dryers, sintering machines, shaft kilns, steel rolling heating furnaces, forging heating furnaces and other equipment.
The coal gas from the generator contains a lot of coal dust, tar and moisture. The existence of these impurities can easily block the pipeline, destroy the normal operation of the burner (gasifier burner) and the automatic control device, and also cause pollution of the surrounding environment and the atmosphere. Therefore, the gas must be purified before it is fed into the pipe network and sent to the user. The purification of gas includes cooling, dust removal and drying processes.
