The two-stage gas producer can also be called a two-stage gas furnace. The furnace body of the double-stage gas producer is divided into upper and lower sections. The raw coal used to produce coal gas is fed into the upper gas producer through a coal charging box with a bucket elevator, and then dry distillation is carried out in the upper gas producer , Forming semi-coke, and then enter the lower gas producer to complete the whole process of gas production.
The two-stage gas producer has the following advantages:
1. Less pollution: the gas in the lower section of the two-stage gasifier is obtained from coke (semi-coke) after gasification and dry distillation, which basically does not contain tar, so that the lower gas can be indirectly cooled after quenching (through air cooler, The indirect cooler, etc.) method of cooling, avoids the large amount of sewage generated by the direct contact of water and gas, thereby avoiding the pollution of the environment by the discharge of sewage. The quench water system suffers from a lot of water loss and no sewage is discharged outside. The water recycling can be improved only by sedimentation treatment, and the treatment is relatively simple.
2. The gasification intensity and overall efficiency are higher than single-stage gas stoves, and the coal types are more suitable, especially for bituminous coal. All the gas produced by the gas station adopts closed circulation, no sewage and air pollution, significant water saving, environmental protection and low operating cost.
3. Due to the addition of a dry distillation section with an appropriate height and structure in the two-stage coal gas generator, the coal is heated in the dry distillation section for low-temperature dry distillation, the tar produced will not crack, the tar viscosity is low, and the fluidity is good. .
4. The tar in the upper gas of the two-stage gas producer is mainly light tar, with less ash. The gas purified by the electric coke catching treatment is not easy to block the pipeline during long-distance transportation.
