In addition, methods such as ultrasound or magnetization are also used to reduce oil viscosity and improve the atomization effect of the oil; There are also methods to improve the atomization effect of heavy oil by using both medium atomization and mechanical atomization.
1. The low-pressure nozzle uses all combustion supporting air as the atomizing medium, relying on the momentum of the air flow to atomize the oil. The high oil pressure accelerates the oil speed, making it difficult to ensure atomization quality and poor combustion effect.
2. The atomizing agent for high-pressure nozzles usually uses high-pressure steam or compressed air, and the high-speed airflow formed by the atomizing agent impacts the fuel to atomize the oil.
The high-pressure nozzle has good atomization performance and strong adaptability to oil. The disadvantage is high noise and high usage cost. Suitable for various industrial furnaces with high heat loads.
High pressure nozzles are mainly divided into two types: 1. Externally mixed nozzles: Atomizers and oil are mixed outside the nozzle. 2. Internally mixed nozzle: The atomizer and oil are mixed inside the nozzle, resulting in good atomization quality, such as an internal mixed nozzle with a diffuser and multiple spray holes.
