2、 Characteristics of diesel burner:

1. The oil atomization effect is good, the combustion is sufficient, and the energy-saving effect is significant. Small power burners can achieve full combustion through the pressure atomization method of diesel, while large power burners require the use of compressed air medium atomization method, with a pressure generally between 1-6 kilograms. The combustion air and fuel are fully mixed for combustion.

2. The high-power diesel burner uses liquefied gas (or natural gas) as the guiding flame to support combustion. First, ignite the guiding flame burner, and after the combustion is stable, automatically switch to the large burner to ensure stable combustion of the diesel burner. The low-power diesel burner can achieve automatic ignition of the ion probe, adopting a long flame design method, with the aim of improving the success rate of diesel fuel ignition and reducing carbon deposition in the ignition probe.

3.
