(1) The long flame diesel heavy oil burner and flue gas jet at high speed can fully stir the atmosphere in the furnace. The temperature around the furnace is uniform, and the zinc pot is heated evenly to ensure the quality and speed of zinc liquid heating, prevent burning of the zinc pot, and extend the service life. The combustion tube of the diesel heavy oil burner adopts stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of>3 years.
(2) The control cabinet for the zinc melting furnace burner is equipped with a temperature control curve set according to the galvanizing process, achieving automatic temperature control function. Automatic ignition, flameout alarm, leakage alarm, pressure control and other functions can be connected with the central control room to achieve remote and local control functions.
(3) The zinc melting furnace is built with refractory materials or energy-saving aluminum silicate fiber cotton lining to enhance the insulation performance of the kiln and reduce gas operating costs.
