Overview of Oil Boiling Heating Furnace: Boiling furnace is an industrial furnace equipment that uses diesel or heavy oil as fuel. After diesel or heavy oil is sprayed into the industrial furnace or other heating equipment through the nozzle, combustion generates heat to dry the material. The boiling furnace burner is also known as the boiling furnace burner. 1. Boiling furnace burner, with built-in ignition burner (also known as ignition gun, small burner), uses liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas as fuel. The burner of a high-power fluidized bed furnace needs to adopt compressed air atomization, which can fully atomize heavy oil fuel and then mix it with combustion air to ensure full combustion of diesel or heavy oil, reduce oil dripping or insufficient combustion, and achieve fuel saving.
2. Automatic control cabinet for fluidized bed furnace burner. The oil boiling furnace can be designed with automatic control functions, achieving automatic ignition, fuel cut-off, and temperature self-control. The local control cabinet can be connected to the central control room, and the local and remote or mobile control functions can be used to monitor the operating status of the boiling furnace in real-time.
3. The combustion tube of the heavy oil burner is made of stainless steel 310s or silicon carbide structure, capable of withstanding high temperatures above 1100 ℃, with a length of 500mm embedded in the boiling furnace wall.
