1、 Introduction to Fuel Oil Aluminum Melting Furnace: The burner of the aluminum melting furnace uses diesel or heavy oil as fuel, which is called the diesel aluminum melting furnace burner, heavy oil aluminum melting furnace burner or diesel aluminum melting furnace burner, and heavy oil aluminum melting furnace burner. The heavy oil aluminum melting furnace is mainly used in countries and regions in Africa and the Middle East.
1. Fuel saving. The diesel burner or heavy oil burner adopts a flame stabilizing disc structure, and uses an air compressor to compress air atomization. The flame is long and rigid, and the waste aluminum melting speed is fast.
2. Suggest an automated control system. The burner of foreign oil-fired aluminum furnaces generally adopts a simple manual control function. Especially using heavy oil as fuel can easily block the heavy oil burner.
3. In the case of insufficient combustion of diesel or heavy oil, black smoke may be generated, and dust removal equipment needs to be equipped.
