1、 Overview of dryer:

Dryers are widely used in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mineral processing, chemical engineering, cement, etc. They are mainly used for materials with high wettability and high specific gravity, such as slag, limestone, clay, river sand, quartz sand, and water slag.

2、 Working principle of the dryer:

The dry wet material is transported to the hopper by a belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipeline through the feeding machine of the hopper. The slope of the feeding pipeline should be greater than the natural inclination angle of the material, so that the material can flow smoothly into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, forming a countercurrent contact with the material. There are also heat carriers and materials flowing together into the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. There is a board installed on the inner wall of the dryer cylinder, which is used to pick up and scatter the material, increasing the contact surface between the material and the airflow, in order to improve the drying rate and promote the material to move forward. Heat carriers are generally divided into hot air, flue gas, etc. After the heat carrier passes through the dryer, a cyclone dust collector is generally required to capture the materials carried in the gas. If it is necessary to further reduce the dust content of exhaust gas, it should also be discharged after passing through a bag filter or wet dust collector.    

3、 Classification and characteristics of dryer burners:

The dryer burner, also known as the dryer burner, is classified according to the type of fuel used: natural gas burner, liquefied gas burner, blast furnace gas burner, biogas burner, coke oven gas burner, yellow phosphorus tail gas burner, etc. Fuel burners include diesel heavy oil waste oil burners and coal powder burners.

The structure type of the dryer burner can be in the form of a split machine or an integrated machine. The combustion tube material is stainless steel 310S or silicon carbide, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of>3 years.

The control cabinet of the dryer is designed with various automatic control functions, including automatic ignition, flameout protection, gas leakage protection, pressure protection, and temperature control. It can be connected with the central control room technology to achieve remote DCS control functions.

Design various safety measures for gas pipelines, such as anti backfire devices, filtration devices, and automatic gas release, to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
