The structure of a multi-channel coal powder burner is shown in the figure, which is composed of pipelines, valves, compensators, measuring instruments, nozzles, and fire-resistant casting protective layers. The pipeline is assembled from the outside to the inside, consisting of an external axial flow air duct, a coal air duct, a swirl air duct, a central air duct, and a fuel pipe. The nozzle adopts a newly developed special material machining.
