2. The mixed gas burner adopts a pneumatic shut-off valve and regulating valve, with a high-precision UV probe design to monitor the flame combustion status in real-time. Once the flame is extinguished, the pneumatic valve immediately shuts off the gas. The leakage alarm device monitors the leakage of equipment and pipelines. Once the gas leaks, the system immediately generates an audible and visual alarm and cuts off the main gas valve group, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment operation.
3. The burner control cabinet of the gas generator can achieve local and remote automatic control functions.
4. The gas pipeline of the burner of the gas generator is equipped with anti backfire and gas release devices to prevent the flame from flowing back to the pipeline, causing explosion, and emptying the residual gas in the pipeline during shutdown.
5 The burner of gas generator has a simple coal tar cleaning structure design, which is convenient for coal tar cleaning and reduces the probability of blockage.
