Welding of anchor parts:

When constructing the inner wall of the rotary kiln lining, the first step is to clean the inner wall of the cylinder, including removing the residual castable and anchor parts that adhered to the inner wall of the cylinder during planing. While ensuring the cleanliness of the inner wall of the cylinder, anchor parts made of heat-resistant alloy steel (usually 1Cr18Ni9Ti) should be welded, and the shape of the anchor parts can be Y-shaped, V-shaped, etc. The commonly used anchor parts for the rotary kiln lining are Y-shaped (see Figure 2), The arrangement and spacing of anchors depend on the shape of the furnace shell or components, the material and thickness of the lining, the temperature and conditions of use (continuous or intermittent work), as well as the magnitude of thermal and mechanical stresses on the lining.

For metal anchors, the small spacing of the anchors used for thin liners is 150mm, while the spacing of the anchors used for thick liners is 300mm. If the thickness of the casting material is 100mm, the diameter of the anchor is usually 6-12mm. If the thickness is above 200mm, the diameter is generally 10-12mm. The height of the anchor is 70% to 80% of the thickness of the casting material, and the spacing between the anchor lines is 200mm. The spacing between the anchor lines is 100mm. On the one hand, the calcination zone and the middle part of the rotary kiln, due to the long-term high temperature of the inner lining, and in addition, the cylinder often has a certain degree of mechanical vibration, The anchoring components should adopt encryption and bold technology.
