For the construction of ceramic grain rotary kiln equipment, coal powder and rice bran are often used as fuel. The combustion temperature is uniform, the calcination effect is good, and the quality is high.
2. The length of the burner combustion tube extending into the kiln is between 2000-4000mm, and an extended tube can be made. The combustion tube material is stainless steel 310S or cast material protection form, with a service life of more than 3 years, reducing equipment replacement costs.
3. The rotary kiln burner is designed with a mobile cart structure, which adopts a hanging or ground rail type form for convenient on-site operation and maintenance.
4. Integrated automation control system, natural gas burner can achieve various automatic control and protection functions, and achieve local and remote automatic control functions through technology integration with the central control room.
