1. The rotary kiln burner control cabinet is designed with automatic control functions, including furnace pre blowing, automatic ignition and extinguishing protection, leakage protection, pressure protection, and temperature automatic control. The local control cabinet can be connected with the central control room technology to achieve local and remote automatic control functions.
2. The combustion tube material of the rotary kiln burner is stainless steel 310s or silicon carbide tube, which can withstand high temperatures of 1100-1300 ℃ and has a service life of over 5 years. The burner is designed with a high-precision UV probe to monitor the combustion status of the flame in real-time. In case of sudden flameout, the system will generate an audible and visual alarm and immediately cut off the gas.
3. The standard length of the burner combustion tube is 300mm, which can be customized.
